Thrive Catering Co. catered our outdoor tent wedding. From beginning to end, it was an absolute joy to work with them. Not only are they exceptional people, but they are true professionals at their craft. Chef Jered and his team are food magicians. We had numerous guests commenting on how delicious the food was. I think one groomsmen even said “this is the best steak I’ve EVER had!” Lisa and Jered worked closely with us to customize a menu to our preferences and made sure to accommodate for any food allergies. Completely blown away by these guys! My fiancé and I came from Victoria to host our engagement party with friends and family in Edmonton with Thrive Catering for the event. Slow Roasted Pig, Watermelon Halloumi Salad and Roasted Vegetable & Orzo salad, I am still lacking adequate words to describe the quality of the food. The preparation, the flavours, the service, absolutely divine! We had only two people with dietary requirements for the evening, and Thrive created incredible dishes to meet their needs and were beyond diligent in their care and service for them! Could not recommend Jared and Lisa enough, you will not be disappointed!

We had Thrive cater our wedding in September and were absolutely thrilled with every part of their service! Not only did our customized menu exceed our expectations, but the amazing chefs at Thrive had to contend with grilling outdoors in an expected snowstorm and still made everything taste amazing! Chef Jered even made a customized peri peri sauce, creating a brand new recipe at my husband’s request! Lisa was a joy to work with in the planning process- helping us narrow down our choices and suggesting pairings to complement the selections we had already made. She was gracious with every adjustment we made along the way. The staff were attentive and professional in every part of the process, and our family and friends are still raving about the food from our wedding. For amazing service and delicious food at an extremely reasonable price, you can’t do better than Thrive! We can’t wait until we have an excuse to have Thrive cater for us again.

The whole team was incredibly helpful from start to finish, answering all our questions and keeping us organized. They were accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions and were patient with us as we made changes along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better team to cater our wedding!
